PSB will start functioning from the academic year 2007-2008 out of its facility in Sector 32 Gurgaon, Haryana. From a composite building of six floors initially we plan to move into our own campus facility near Delhi.

For the present PSB will have a built up area of 48000 sq. ft. comprising theatre style lecture halls, syndicate rooms, an auditorium, conference hall, library, a cafeteria and a computer centre. With an intake of 140 planned in the first year with 60 each for full time MBA and Executive MBA and 20 for DBA programme, the infrastructure facilities would provide the required sense of space for the students. All the facilities would be equipped with the latest equipments and gadgets so that the process of learning is unhindered.

The Governance Structure of the School would be under the following bodies

The highest policy making body in Little People Education Society- under whose aegis PSB is being formed- is the Governing Body comprising its trustees. It will takes all policy and major decisions regarding starting of new institutions, property acquisitions, appointment of heads of institutions and fixing tuition fees.

The Board of Management of PSB consists of representatives of the Governing Body, the Director and the Dean. It frames policies regarding admissions, service conditions of employees and appointments to various positions.

The Advisory Council consists of eminent persons from business and industry, finance and banking, academia and the management profession. It advises on matters concerning changes desired in courses and curricula, industry expectations regarding research, consulting and continuing education along with the overall contribution expected from PSB.

The Academic Board constituted from faculty and eminent academicians decides all academic matters concerning curriculum, teaching and examinations.
