PSB plans to apply an innovative
approach in its programs at graduate and post- graduate levels. This is sought
to be achieved by preparing students to face the challenges of business through
a spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship built during the programme. The
curriculum design, besides developing business skills, would also facilitate
transcending it, by preparing students for enterprise setups, through fostering
a climate for multi- functional mind set development necessary for leadership
and change advocacy.
With rapid growth and globalization of Indian Industry and business, the
concept of professional management in India is undergoing a transformation.
Conventionally, professional managers were exposed to take managerial decisions
based on criteria derived from well defined goals and objectives; the business
models were well defined and understood. Today the need is to create, recognize
and exploit business opportunities. This calls for working with emerging models
and mastering uncertainties. Our programs are designed to equip participants to
