Today's competitive global market demands that managers possess "soft skills" in addition to the technical skills obtained through functional areas of management. While hard skills are important for physical interactions with technology and problem solving, soft skills are needed at human interface for effective communication, leadership qualities, team building etc. PSB BBA programme has been designed with balanced emphasis on hard and soft skills. This is expected to render all-round development to our students.

BBA curriculum is integrated. Integration renders benefits to students to comprehend the business as a whole. Integration is made through four core themes of business: entrepreneurial mindset, innovation and creativity, social responsibility, and internationalization. These themes run concurrently in all courses.

BBA faculty of PSB comprises of professors of IIM's, Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) and other reputed local and foreign universities. Some faculties have rich industry experience in various organizations in India and abroad. PSB has strategic partnership with SRCC, which gives tremendous opportunities to BBA students to learn from and interact with the SRCC faculty.
